PETKIT's third-generation drum, and the model its US store now redirects to from the old PuraMax 2 page. The entry sill drops to 8 inches, about two lower than the Max Pro 2, and the camera is gone. PETKIT's own page quotes the noise as 35 dB in one place and 45 dB in its FAQ, so this site prints neither.

PETKIT says the sensor detects cats from 3.3 lb and sets a minimum age of 6 months. At the usual rate of about a pound a month, that means leaving automatic cleaning off until roughly 6 months. Below the threshold, a kitten may not register at all, and the box could start a cycle with it inside.
